We offer free standard shipping to Europe, Australia, the United States, and Canada for destinations available at checkout.

Dispatch from Pakistan

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Pakistan within 6–8 working days after ordering. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is the preparation and dispatch period, not the delivery time. We will contact you if we expect a delay.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and courier. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date. Tracking information is provided after dispatch. International parcels may transfer between partner couriers, and tracking updates may take time to appear.

Import charges paid by us

We cover import duties, import taxes, and customs-clearance charges on deliveries to our supported destinations. If a courier requests an import payment, contact us before paying so we can arrange payment or resolve the charge.
