Refund policy

14-day returns

For eligible products that are not personalized or made to your individual specifications, notify us within 14 calendar days after delivery if you wish to return your purchase. Email pathanbhai2004@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. You do not need to give a reason for an eligible change-of-mind return.

Return instructions and postage

Contact us for the return address and instructions before sending your parcel. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Contacting us for instructions does not limit a valid statutory withdrawal notice. Customers pay the direct cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Pack items securely and retain proof of postage; tracked shipping is recommended.

Item condition

You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. Where legally permitted, we may deduct a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Please include the original packaging where available.

Custom and personalized orders

Products made to your individual specifications, including custom measurements or clearly personalized designs, are excluded from change-of-mind returns to the extent permitted by law. This exception does not apply merely because an ordinary standard-size product is produced after ordering.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods

Your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods apply to all orders, including custom orders, and are not limited to 14 days. Contact us with your order number and, where practical, photos. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law and cover necessary return costs where we are responsible.

Refunds

For valid withdrawals, we refund the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first. We do not deduct outbound standard shipping fees from free-shipping orders. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Consumer rights

This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights or applicable legal guarantees. Where local consumer law provides stronger rights, those rights apply.
